I knew this would have issues during a hard freeze and during temps over 100 here on the property. Royce and team set up a well water house including a foundation in a very short amount of time. They disassembled my well water kit - including the tank - and built everything up around it as needed. I’m planning to upgrade the structure to insulate it and put in a window to aid with air conditioning and heating. I’m happy to be working with this team to make all this happen.

We have used Servpro for two years and counting now (through our home owners insurance) - and our experience has been nothing short of excellent! Unfortunately, our home had back to back years of flooding in our kitchen due to repeat AC condensation line clogging/leaking. The Servpro team was prompt, on site same day, respectful, let us ask as many question as we wanted, and overall the team was super friendly. Our PM (project manager) was Orlando, and he was such a joy to be around. Orlando did a killer job getting everything dried out, and made us feel reassured our home was in good hands. Serv-Pro brought my contents pod back today that was picked up on January 19th, 2024. Dallas had a bad weather freeze and my pipes broke flooding my house. A full 9 months later and I have a rebuilt home and finally getting my "Stuff" back. StatecFarm has been great. BGE Services, NOT SERV-PRO, did my awesome built back. The Contents guys that unpacked my pod were Derek, Kyle and Tyler. They were so careful with my things and were very efficient! So far... these 3 guys were the best part of Serv-Pro. We went through two plumbers and a leak detection company to help us figure out a mystery puddle, but it was Andrew at Servpro who finally helped discover where the moisture and leak was coming from. On his recommendation, we called our plumber back and we were able to find and fix the leak in a matter of hours. He was very thorough in his assessment and, though we still have work to do to fix the mold that accumulated during our slow leak, I could not be more pleased to finally have our leak mystery solved and fixed and look forward to continued work with Servpro for this job. We were happy with the level of service we received. I appreciated getting timeframes for crews showing up,so I could get our pets rounded up and settled beforehand. The end product was great. Pictures show some progress along the way.

The true measure of a construction company is how they respond to adversity or more accurately an issue the customer experiences. Two years ago, I experienced a devastating pipe break in my kitchen that flooded the majority of my home and in a matter of minutes, tile flooring, carpeting, cabinetry and walls sustained significant damage. Entrusted took over from the original water mitigation company, opening walls and cabinets and drying with industrial fans. The team was quick polite and always provided detailed reports and explanation. When every thing dried up, we moved to renovation with Reece heading the project. Demolition, carpenter, flooring, electrical crews all came through and were unfailingly considerate and demonstrated mastery of the craft. They were very quick to offer improvements and despite insurance company woes, they completed the job to my satisfaction. Fast forward two years and the rebuilt kitchen island inexplicably collapsed, I’m guessing wood failure of the base frame as the work was well executed. I immediately sent a text to Reece who gratefully was still employed at Entrusted and was onsite the next business day along with his lead carpenter. He immediately owned the problem and had a crew onsite to rebuild the base. Within the week, we had the island up and reinforced. It is rare these days to have a company stand behind their work, much less two years later. These guys do. Reece made sure I was happy. The work is top notch and the customer service even better.
